In business since 1949, the company currently operates a Wheat Flour Mill, a Pasta Production Plant, a Snack Foods & Breakfast Cereals Plant and a Bakery Ingredients Product on and Distribution Business. Products are marketed under the Al-Ghazal Brand Name (leading retail and wholesale wheat flour brand), Samar (snack food and breakfast cereals) as well as private label contracting.

The company operates its own distribution fleet with a nationwide reach, and is also very active in the business-to-business and export markets.
